- 3 c Creamy Dreamy Hemp Protein
- 1.5 c Sunflower Meal
- 1 c Green Banana Flour
- 1 c Whole Psyllium Husk
- 0.5 c ground flaxseed or flaxseed meal (I get mine from my local grocery store)
- 4 tsp Glucomannan
Method: Add all ingredients to an airtight container and shake to mix together.

Different brands may have different amounts of fats and carbs so that may change the fuel type.
