In this Higher Learning Group you will receive:
- Daily 365/24/7 Group accountability, faith, fellowship, support, motivation, encouragement, & communication through my app and Marco Polo, and coaching sessions (NO SOCIAL MEDIA)
- Steps for continuing your progress in the Trim Healthy plan without overwhelm
- Rooting your wellness in Biblical truth to dispel the lies & emotions of the enemy that lead to emotional eating; Building your faith and transforming your mindset about food, food culture, poor eating habits, overcoming self-sabotage & negativity
- Coach review and critique of your food journal so you know if you’re implementing the plan correctly.
- Weekly live interactive zoom Q&A on Mondays. These are recorded so you can watch at your convenience. (If a holiday falls on this day, there will be a pre-recorded lesson and q&a opportunity will be given at next appointed time.)
- Weekly live interactive Zoom call coaching sessions & Bible study discussion on Thursdays. All zoom calls are also recorded so you can watch at your convenience. (If a holiday falls on this day/week, there may be a pre-recorded lesson and q&a opportunity will be given at next appointed time and on Marco Polo.)
- Optional weekly live workout with workout suggestions to be discussed with your doctor.
