THMS Low Carb, Sugar Free Icing with dairy free variation

1 cup butter (or for DF version DF butter or coconut oil)
1 tsp natural burst extracts (vanilla or almond or butter)
2 tbsp heavy whipping cream or DF cream
1 cup powdered erythritol, xylitol, or monk fruit (any all-natural cup-for-cup sweetener that is cup-for-cup with sugar)
2 pinches of salt

Cream butter or DF butter. Add powdered sweetener and salt;. Beat on medium speed until incorporated. Add flavoring and cream and beat on high to whip a little. Depending on the humidity in your area, you may need to add more powdered sweetener to thicken. If you do, just add more pinches of salt to taste. The salt balances out the sweetness.
