Peach cobbler is one of those summertime treats I used to love as a kid. This smoothie recipe takes me straight back to my grandmamas patio. I hope you enjoy it!
1.5 cups almond milk
dash of almond extract
1 cup frozen peach slices
pinch of mineral salt
1.5 tablespoons Integral Collagen
0.25 tsp glucomannan
1-2 doonks stevia (to taste)
approximately 12 ice cubes (depending on how thick you like your smoothie)
Blend all ingredients in a good-quality blender or smoothie cup with the blade attachment. Sit back and ENJOY!
